CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and ask you to respect our scheduling policies:

Text and email reminders are sent out upon booking as well as 2 days prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid cancellation fees. If you are 10 or more minutes late this is also considered a NO SHOW unless you contact us.

 

*NO CALL NO SHOW- 100% of service cost

*Same day cancel- 50% of service cost
